Welcome to the Adore Yoga meditation resource page. This page provides links to our meditation resources, including blogs, simple practices to do at home and audio recordings. 

 

At Adore Yoga, we believe that meditation is for everyone - but not all meditation techniques are right for every student. Different people have different needs and if you're struggling to practice (or teach) meditation, it could be time for a fresh approach. 

 

If you find it hard to sit still with your eyes closed, you could try some mindful movement practices. Perhaps you'll find mantra soothing or you might enjoy listening to guided visualisations. There are also many breathing techniques and relaxation practices that can help you prepare for seated meditation - you'll find meditation much more satisfying if you spend a few minutes preparing for it.
